If life feels overwhelming, or you feel stuck with difficult emotions, support is available. My work is person-centred, meaning I offer a non-judgemental and compassionate space where you can explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours at your own pace in a confidential space. I work alongside clients to support clarity, deeper understanding, and emotional well-being. EMDR therapy is also available to help process past experiences that continue to affect the present.
I have experience of working with various difficulties including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, work related stress, family difficulties and low self esteem.
